Mike Drzal is on the move
We’re pleased to announce that Mike has moved to our Blacksburg office, located in the heart of Virginia Tech’s Corporate Research Center.Mr. Drzal has moved from our Charlottesville office to our office in Blacksburg. Mike is a shareholder in the Firm’s Corporate Group and serves as chair of the Technology and Venture Capital team. He focuses his practice on technology and venture capital and customarily acts as lead counsel in connection with company formation, financings, mergers and acquisitions, strategic alliances, joint ventures, management buyouts and intellectual property licensing transactions. Mike serves as general counsel to a number of emerging technology companies, including medical information technology, medical device, bioinformatics, pharmaceutical, diagnostics, green tech, Internet, and high-tech research and development, manufacturing and distribution companies. He also serves as general counsel to a growing angel investor network, with members throughout Virginia.
